Refund & Returns Policy

30-Day Return Window: You have a 30-day return window from the date of delivery to initiate a return or refund request.

1. Returns due to Buyer’s Remorse:

  • Returns due to buyer’s remorse or customer change of mind cannot be accepted. We encourage our customers to carefully consider their purchases before completing their orders.

2. Undelivered Packages:

  • In the event that a shipment is not delivered to its final destination, we will issue a refund. However, we will not issue a refund if a delivery confirmation has been received from the shipping carrier. Please note that we do not utilize Signature Delivery service options. A package may be declared lost in transit if tracking shows no movement after 5 business days.

3. Expired Inventory:

  • Claims for expired inventory must be accompanied by the Expiration Date. We will not issue a refund for expired merchandise if the order was shipped within 30 or more days from the “best by” date.

4. Damaged Claims:

  • For all damage claims, please provide a digital photograph and detailed description of the damage. We will initiate a refund based on the provided information.

5. Manufacturer Defects:

  • We will issue a refund for a defect claim, such as a missing safety seal or no label. Quality complaints related to taste, touch, or smell should be reported to the manufacturer for a warranty claim.

6. Product Image Not Matching Product:

  • We are not responsible for discrepancies in new product labeling, where the image in the product feed or ordering portal does not exactly match the version received by the consumer. If the UPC number remains the same, it indicates that no significant changes to the product have been made, and no claim will be honored.

7. Melting of Products:

  • We are not responsible for products that may melt in transit, such as gummy vitamins. We do not ship with ice packs or special packaging to cool products during transit. Customers are advised not to purchase items prone to melting during the summer months.
